Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Laid With Luv Hair, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• High-demand items may require an additional 1-3 days for processing.

• All orders are shipped via UPS with signature confirmation and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

• Customers will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment.

Pre-Orders

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are available.

• Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene standards, all sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions.

• If an incorrect or damaged product is received, customers must contact shop@laidwithluvhair.com within 72 hours for assistance.

Return to Sender Shipments

• Laid With Luv Hair is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments.

• Customers are responsible for reshipping costs. If reshipping is declined, store credit (minus shipping and a $25 restocking fee) will be issued.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders are processed immediately, and modifications, cancellations, or changes are not permitted after placement.

• Address change requests must be submitted to the shipping carrier, and may be subject to fees paid to the carrier by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has left our facility, Laid With Luv Hair is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution.
